1 head of savory cabbage slice thinly

1 can corn beef open and break into pieces

1 medium to large tomato chopped

5 cloves fresh garlic chopped

1 large onion chopped

1 tablespoon crushed red pepper

1 cup olive oil

1/4 lb salt pork wash with cold water, blot dry and slice thinly

1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper

Salt to taste

1/4 cup hot water

Directions: Put the oil in a large deep pot and let it heat over medium flame. Add the slice salt pork and fry until crispy and lightly brown. Remove and set aside. Add the garlic and sautée for 1 minutes, add the tomato, onion and stir. Add the corn beef, black pepper, crushed red pepper and stir. Add the cabbage and stir, then add the water and stir. Cover and steam for 8 to 10 minutes. Add salt to taste cover and cook for another 3 minutes, turn off the stove and serve with white rice and slice tomatoes.
