1 bunch medium carrots

1 bunch green Asparagus

1/4 stick butter

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon olive oil

skillet

Directions: Clean the carrots and cut in three. Then cut into strips and put aside. Wash asparagus and remove 3 inches of the bottom. Put the butter and the olive oil in the skillet then let butter melt, add salt, pepper, carrots and sautée for 3 minutes. Add the asparagus and stir. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minuets and remove from the flame and serve.
