2 large Brazilian wild lobster tails

1 stick butter

4 tablespoons olive oil

1/3 vinegar

1/3 lemon juice

Scissors

Sharp knife

Salt

Black pepper

Long baking dish

Directions: Turn oven on high broil and let it preheat. Wash the lobster tails with the vinegar and lemon juice in cold water then remove the fins with the scissors. Blot dry with paper towel. Use the scissors to cut the shell on the top and the bottom then split the lobster tails in half with the knife. Leave the meat in the shells. Cut thin slices of the butter and place 4 slices In the baking dish. Arrange the lobster tails in the baking dish and put 1 to 2 slice of butter on each half of the lobster tails. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper then drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on each piece of lobster tails. Place in the oven on the top rack and broil for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn off the oven. Remove the lobster tails and serve.
