1 whole Filet Mignon trim (Beef Tenderloin)

1 tablespoon steak seasoning

1 stick of butter

Large skillet

Directions: Remove the beef from the package and rinse with cold water. Blot dry the beef with a paper towel. Cut into 1 inch steaks (Make about 12 to 15 steaks). Sprinkle the steaks with the steak seasoning and set aside. On a high flame put the skillet with the butter and heat until light brown. Add 4 steaks to the pan and cook for three minutes on each side. Continue the same steps until all the steaks are cooked. Serve while hot. Serving suggestions, bearnaise sauce, baked potato, vegetables and a salad.
