2 packs Bearnaise Sauce Mix

2 cups milk

1 stick butter

3 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon

Medium pot

Directions: Put the pot on medium flame, add the butter and then let it melt, add the tarragon sautée for 3 minutes. Add the sauce and mix with a whisk, Add the milk slowly and continue to mix while pouring the milk. Cook on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn off the flame and remove from the heat and serve with meat.
