12 thin sliced center cut pork chops

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1teaspoon black pepper 

1 cup cornmeal

Vegetable oil for frying

1/4 cup lemon juice 

1/4 cup vinegar

Directions: Wash pork chops with lemon juice and vinegar in cold water. Put the pork chops in a large bowl, add garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper then let it sit for about an hour. Put the cornmeal in a bowl and coat pork chops one by one with the cornmeal and set them aside on a plait. In a medium skillet put oil and heat on a medium high flame until hot not burn, begin to add pork chops two to three at a time, fry them on both sides until nice and golden brown. Complete the rest of the pork chops until done. 

Serve with rice ,salad and apple sauce on top.
