3 cups uncooked white rice

1 cup Orzo

1/2 cup pine nuts

1/2 stick butter

6 cups water

1/4 cup olive oil

2 packs chicken bullion

Directions: Put the water in a deep medium pot and add butter, bullions and olive oil. Bring to a boil, add the rice, pine nuts, orzo and stir. Then let it cook on medium to high flame until most of the water is absorbed. Cover the pot and reduce heat to simmer. Continue to cook until water absorbs, Cook the rice for 30 to 40 minutes or until grains are soft. Fluff the rice with a fork and turn off the flame and remove from heat then serve.

Great with Pork Chops and Salad
