2 box corn muffin mix

2 eggs

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup cream corn

1/2 can whole corn

1 small baking pan

Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degree F. In a bowl add corn muffin mix, eggs, mayonnaise, cream corn, whole corn and mix well. Butter pan and pour batter in the pan. Pun in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. To check for doneness stick a butter knife in the center and if it comes out clean it is cooked. Serve hot with butter.
