1 16 once elbow macaroni

1 19.6 once box brie cheese

8 pegs of garlic

2 heads shallot

1 quart heavy cream

1 1/2 cups milk 

2 sticks of butter

2 1/2 serving spoons of white truffle oil

1 cup flour


Bread crumbs

1/2 teaspoon salt

Black pepper

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven at 425. Cook the macaroni in boiling salted water until done, drain macaroni and set aside. Chop the garlic, shallot and onion and set a side. In a deep large pot melt butter and add the garlic, shallot, salt and onion cook for about 3 minute while stirring, add the flour and stir and blend until lightly brown. Add the heavy cream a little at a time while stirring, add the cheese and stir, add macaroni, salt and stir, add more heavy cream, milk, black pepper, truffle oil and stir. Pour the macaroni and cheese mixture into a medium deep baking pan, sprinkle bread crumbs on top, sprinkle paprika on top of the bread crumbs, then put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven. Remove and let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes then slice and serve.
