3 large Idaho baking potatoes

Sour cream

Butter

Fresh chives thinly sliced

Fork

1 roll of paper towel

Microwave

Directions: Wash potatoes in cold water and blot dry with paper towel. Use the fork to stick the potatoes all over. Set the microwave to high. Take 2 sheets of the paper towel and fold together, Put the paper towel on the microwave tray and then put all three potatoes in the microwave and set the cook time for 15 minutes. Push start and cook. When done, remove and slit the top, squeeze both ends gently to open the potato. Serve with butter, sour cream and sprinkle some chives on top.
