2 lbs large shrimp

3 cans black beans

1 large green bell pepper

1 large red bell pepper 

1 large onion

6 pegs of garlic

1/2 fresh chili pepper

1 tsp crushed red pepper

2 stacks celery

2 cups of vegetable oil

8 tbsps soy sauce

1 tsp black pepper 

1 fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 large skillet

1 large strainer

DIRECTIONS: Clean and devein shrimp. Wash shrimp in cold water with fresh lemon juice and vinegar, then place the shrimp on paper towel on a plate to dry. Open the cans of beans then pour them into strainer, Run cold water over the beans to rinse away the can liquid. Let the beans sit until all of the water drains from the beans. Chop garlic into small pieces and set aside. Chop onion, green pepper, red pepper, celery and chili pepper in to 1 inch sizes and set aside. Place skillet over medium to high flame. Pour oil in the skillet heat until hot, add garlic and lightly brown, add the shrimp, add the green pepper, red pepper, chili pepper, onion, celery and stir. Add black beans, soy sauce, crushed red pepper and black pepper continue to stir, cook for an additional 2 minutes. Turn off flame and remove from the heat. (6 to 8 Servings).
